After Sales & Service-
Now a days’ increase in customers, require right synchronization between products and after sales services. Also commitment to solve the customer’s queries in lower time is one of the most vigorous driving force for any company.
Our after sales service team consists experienced and qualified service Engineers, which are well proficient to solve the machine problem and synchronize the machine in minimum time, thus reducing downtime.
We provide a dedicated customer care number and e-mail for registering service requests to the purchaser, so that Customer can avail technical support via the telephone at any time.
In addition to the above service-
1- Our Service Engineers provide adequate guidelines and training on site during commissioning of equipment to the machine operating crew.
2- We provide Operating Manual, which have all the details regarding maintenance and servicing of the machine.
3- Readily available spare and consumable parts.
Annual Maintenance Contract-
We also offer AMC facility to our customers, which involves periodically visit of our service engineer for checking the machine condition. During visit, our service engineer check the condition of the machine and accordingly make a list of necessary spare parts, which needed to be change. (Customer will maintain sufficient inventory of such spare parts as per our recommendation so that no time is lossed in fitment of this work.) Our Engineer also provides proper guidance to operator about maintenance schedule of the machine and maintaining necessary log book.
Training & Development-
At ADL Blastek, we understand the importance of giving training to the employees. So that they can adapt new challenges and improve their technological and leadership skills to provide better services, which results in productivity, cost reductions and process optimization for the cross-section of businesses.
At regular time periods we conduct workshops to provide in-depth knowledge of specific products and a better understanding of how to use them in various applications.
We use 3-D animated working visuals of products and circuits, which help employees to better understand the principles of machines.
Customer Training Program-
At the time of the installation on site our service engineer provides in-depth training to the operators of the machine, so that customer can gain knowledge about the machine working and maintenance.
This Training provide solid base to our customers to successfully operate and maintain machine and attend the machine on time without fail.
The main goal of our training program is to increase our customer's business performance and ensure that our products are used in a correct and safe manner.
